CASE #4: <br /> <br />Recommended Mr. Charles LaDue be appointed to the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission for a four year term (expiring on December 31, <br />1985). He would be filling Mr. Ron West's expired term, as he <br />didn't desire reappointment. <br /> <br />b) Recommended Mr. Robert Isakson to fill the unexpired term of Mr. <br /> Harry Ellis which will expire December 31, 1984. <br /> <br />c) Recommended reappointment of Mr. Art Dunn to another four (4) year <br /> term which will expire December 31, 1985. <br /> <br />Please refer to pages 4 and 5 of enclosure (B-i) for Planning and Zoning <br />Commission minutes dated February 2, 1982. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the appointments <br />and reappointment recommendations. ' - <br /> <br />Motion by CouncilmemberX~ and seconded by Councilmember <br />to reappoint Mr. Art Dunn to another four year term which will expire <br />December 31, 1985, based on the recommendation contained in the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission minutes dated February 2, 1982. <br /> <br />Motion carried.~ Voting yes <br />Voting no /~_~/~ . <br /> <br />CONTRACT FOR MAINTENANCE OF CITY HALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-b) contains Honeywell's bid for the maintenance of the mechanical <br />systems at City Hall. The maintenance of the boiler unit is included, however, <br />the repiping as previously discussed is not included, as they feel this is a <br />one time cost item that. is above and beyond normal maintenance. <br /> <br />In discussions with Mr. Jensen, the Honeywell representative that will be at <br />the meeting, he indicated we could expect about a 10% savings in our energy <br />costs with a good maintenance program. <br /> <br />It would be our recommendation that we enter into this contract, as it is im- <br />perative that maintenance be done on the mechanical equipment. Please refer to <br />enclosure (D2-b) which contains their agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
