OREN LEMKE'S PROPOSAL REGARDING USE OF CITY LAND: <br /> <br /> The legal aspect of Mr. Lemke's proposal in regards to using City land will be <br /> addressed at the meeting by City Staff <br /> <br />{owever, Council will have the major policy decisio~ on this case, and that is <br />~it from a long range m~ responsibility when making this decision. <br /> <br /> APPROVING OF JOINT LAW ENFORCF~IENT COUNCIL AGREEMENT WHICH INCLUDES THE CITY <br /> <br />CASE #7: <br /> <br />OF RAMSEY: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-C) contains a copy of the Joint Law Enforcement Council Agreement <br />which includes the City of Ramsey, as previously the County represented the City <br />of Ramsey in the Joint Law Enforcement Council. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to authorize the City of Ramsey to enter <br />into this agreement and appoint someone to serve on the Council. The Chief of <br />Police is automatically a member of the Council, so you will need to appoint <br />one other person.
