i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82- <br /> <br />RESOI,UT]ON 'l'O TRANSFER CERTAIN FUNDS <br /> <br /> WttEREAS, Resolution #80-46 adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />on May 27, 1980 deleted an assessment in the amount of $1,632.38 on Plat <br />89209 Parcel 9000-8 unplatted Section 9 Township 32 Range 25 (Southeast <br />Quarter of Southeast Quarter of Section 9 Township 32 Range 25 (Ex #9300) <br />(Ex #9310) (Ex #9320) (Ex #9330) (Ex #9340) (Ex #9350) (Ex #9360) (Ex <br />#9370) (Ex #9390) (Ex #9400) (Ex #9380) (Ex #9410) ) for the purpose of <br />obtaining a drainage and utility easement; and <br /> <br /> WttEREAS, upon obtaining a drainage and utility easement on <br />Plat. 89209 Parcel 9000-8 this parcel would thereby be declared unbuild- <br />ab]e; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has obtained the necessary drain- <br />age and utility casements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey 1981 City Budget provided for the <br />transfer of $1,632.38 from the General Fund #101 to the 1979 GOB Bond Fund <br />($95OM) #552 to reimburse the 1979 Bond Fund for the special assessment <br />deleted in Resolution #80-46. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That it is hereby directed that the General Fund #101 <br />transfer to the 1979 GOB Bond Fund ($950M) #552 $1,632.38 to reimburse <br />the 1979 Bond Fund for special assessment deleted in Resolution #80-46. <br /> <br /> 2) That it is further directed that the Accounting Department <br />be furnished a copy of this resolution. <br /> <br /> <br />
