I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82- <br /> <br />I~ESOI,UTION TO TRANSFER CERTAIN FUNDS <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, at the time of construction, the residence at 8600 - <br />176th Avenue N.W. required a culvert be installed and was inadvertently <br />overlooked; and <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, the Construction Project #80-15 required certain cul- <br />verts be installed to insure proper drainage; and <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, the owner, Mr. James Acers, 8600 - 176th Avenue N.W. <br />had reqt~ested a culvert be installed at the time Construction Project #80-15 <br />was being completed; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the culvert was installed by the Ramsey City Street <br />Department and not included in the project cost whereby Mr. James Acers <br />was b~l]ed on October 14, 1980 for the cost of installing a culvert <br />totalling $220.00; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a letter was written by Mrs. James Acers requesting <br />the cost of the culvert and installation charges ($220.00) be included in <br />the assessment cost of Project #80-15; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer from the 1980 <br />Series II Bond Fund #554 the amount of $220.00 to the General Fund <br />to be shown as Street Department Revenue (101-4005-3336). <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA~ as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That it is hereby directed that the 1980 Series I1 Bond <br />Fund #554 transfer to the General Fund #101 the amount of $200.00 and <br />said amount is to be shown as Street Department Revenue (101-4005-3336). <br /> <br /> 2) That it is further directed that the Accounting Department <br />be furnished a copy of this resolution. <br /> <br /> <br />
