JERRY <br /> <br />MCGREGOR, 6845 WEST HIG~AY #10: <br /> <br />I CASE #2: <br /> <br />Mr. Jerry McGregor was in several weeks ago about seeing if he could operate an <br />outdoor flea market on his property at 6845 West Highway #10 during the summer <br />and fall months. He would rent out space to those who wanted to use it. Accord- <br />ing to Mr. McGregor, this flea market would operate one day a week which would <br />be on a Thursday. <br /> <br />The City Code in regards to his request is silent on flea market operations in <br />a B-1 zone.
