Responsibility of the City of Ramsev The City will be responsible for the following: 1. Provide the Consultant with information and assistance as may be needed to fulfill their responsibilities. ! ! Incidental expenses in connection with this project including but not limited to the following: a) Corporate Seal approximate cost $ 25.00 b) Stock Certificates approximate cost 150.00 c) LDC Checks approximate cost 25.00 d) other related expense§ of a similar nature D. Method of Payment The fee for the services outlined in this work program is $5,000.00. Fifty percent (50%) of this amount is due at the time this Contract is executed. The remainder is due when all tasks outlined in the work program are completed to the satisfaction of the LDC Board. Should this Contract be terminated at any time work completed will be prorated at a rate of $20.00 per hour. Cha~ges The Client may, from time to time, request changes in the scope of services of the Consultant to be performed hereunder. Such changes, which are mutually agreed upon by and between the Clidnt and Consultant, shall be incorporated in written amendments to this Contract. F. Termination This Contract can be terminated with or without cause by either party with thirty (30) days written notice. G. Time for Which A~reement is Valid The terms of this Agreement will become valid upon execution and will cover a period of time for five (5) months or until all tasks outlined herein are satisfactory completed.
