Page 2 <br /> <br />Comparable changes are made with regard to two-family and townhOuSe <br />developments. <br /> <br />In addition, we are revising the definition of floor area under <br />Section 11-201 (39) to eliminate references to basements and cellars. <br />Minimum floor areas will be determined in accordance with the <br />definition contained in Section 39.1. <br /> <br />The last change is made in Section 11-1005 (8) which describes the <br />minimum floor area for multiple developments.
