AN ORDINANCE REVISING THE MINIMUM FLOOR AREA REQUIRE- MENTS FOR CERTAIN DWELLING UNITS AND THEPdEBY A~IENDING THE CITY CODE BY REVISING SECTIONS 11-705(3), 11-905(8), 11-201 (39) (b), 11-1005 (8) AND ADDING SECTION 11-201 (39.1) City of Coon _Rapids does ordain: Section 1. The City Code is hereby amended by adding thereto Section 11-201 (39.1) as follows: 11-201 !~9.1) Finished Floor Area. Those portions of a dwellin~ or dwelling unit which have the walls and ceilinq_~~ covered with ~last~E~_panelin~l_~Lwall~ tile or similar materials and floors ~~l_covered with ha~d_w_~9~A_~E~~A tiles or some similar material.
