APPROVAL OF COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Dunn to approve <br />Public Hearing Minutes dated January 5, 1982 regarding Mr. Norman Thurmer <br />Jr.'s request for a home occupation permit to have a taxidermist shop in his <br />residence at 15001 Zeolite Street NW. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Zimmerman, <br />Dunn and Deemer. Voting No: None. Abstaining: Commissioner Schneider. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Dunn and seconded by Commissioner Zimmerman to approve <br />regular Planning and Zoning Commission minutes dated January 5, 1982, with <br />the following correction: <br /> <br />Page 2 - Insert "PUBLIC HEARINGS" between the second and third paragraphs. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Zimmerman, <br />Dunn and Deemer. Voting No: None. Abstaining: Commissioner Schneider. <br /> <br />NOTE BOARDS AND COUNCIL <br /> <br />The following were noted by the Planning and Zoning Commission: <br /> <br />a. Special Council minutes dated January 4, 1982. <br />b. Regular Council minutes dated January 12, 1982. <br /> <br />LETTERS AND COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />There were no letters and communications in the agenda to be noted. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson did make note of a memorandum from the Metro Council to <br />Local Governmental Officials and Concerned Citizens dated February, 1982, <br />regarding suitable locations for new sanitary landfills in the Region. <br /> <br />ADDITION TO AGENDA <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer requested adding Item #5 - Public Wetlands, to Planning <br />Commission Business. <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1 Request For A Home Occupation Permit By Mr. Norman Thurmer, Jr. <br /> For A Taxidermist Shop In His Residence At 15001 Zeolite Street: <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Dunn and seconded by Commissioner Schneider to delay <br />any action on Mr. Thurmer's request until such time as Mr. Thurmer can be <br />present at a Planning and Zoning Meeting to answer any questions the Commission <br />might have. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Schneider, <br />Dunn, Deemer and Zimmerman.
