Therefore, we would request that you change the proposed grade from 0.082% to 0.046%. This change along with the revision~ to the meter manhole should make it possible to provide an invert elevation of 834.6 at the Ramsey border. An invert elevation of 834.6 would approximate the elevation of 834.4 as previously agreed upon between the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission and the City of Ramsey. In addition to the change in the invert elevation, we would request that you review the possibility of relocating the 30 inch stub from the vicinity of manhole'18 to the vicinity of manhole 14. This change would provide a more direct alignment to Ramsey's proposed second connection which is approximately 2000 feet west of the intersection of Industry Avenue and State Highway 47 and as shown in their C.S.P . The agreed upon inver't an~ average flow for Ramsey's second connection are 835.66 and 3.95 mgd respectively. Please let me know if these revisions are possible.
