While we are skeptical that this did happen, we did <br />note that the basic structure elevation of thirty-five feet as es- <br />tablished by City Ordinance is greatly exceeded. See attached 170.013B. <br />Further, this height can be increased as noted, but approval must be <br />granted by the Zoning Administrator. Prior to said approval we will <br />need a scaled drawing as to the location of the generator on your <br />property as well as its height. We can then determine whether or not <br />the installation is proper. <br /> <br />Please submit this at your earliest convenience so this matter can be <br />taken care of.
