I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your consideration: <br /> <br /> Motion by Colulcilmember ~I~/ f and seconded by Councilmember <br /> _~:~,.~ ~ to approve of mending Sections 170.013D(5), 170.013D(6), <br /> 170.013b(7), and 170.0111, paragraphs 32 and 33 of the City Zoning <br /> Ordinance by adoption of Ordinance #82-2. Further that the above <br /> adopted changes be published in the Anoka County Union as approved <br /> at this Council meeting of February 9'1 1~82'/l1 <br /> <br /> Motion carried. Voting yes !~' ~ <br /> // <br /> <br />:2: AMENDMENTS TO CITY ZONING DISTRICTS: <br /> <br />In conjunction with Case #1, this item would then be the changing of the <br />zoning on the properties that are currently I-1 or B-1 outside the urban <br />area to RI-la and RB-la. The purpose of this rezoning is to attain the <br />controls necessary to restrict developments which would use large amounts <br />of water. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-b) contains the following documents for your information <br /> this case: <br /> <br />a) Public hearing notice and list of parcels proposed for rezoning. <br /> <br />b) List of property owners notified of this hearing notice. <br /> <br />c) Public hearing minutes dated February 2, 1982 regarding the <br /> following zoning changes. <br /> <br />d) <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Commission meeting minutes dated February <br />2, 1982 which contains the Commission's recommendation on the <br />below items. <br /> <br />There will probably be a number of questions in regards to this~ as you <br /> be reducing the uses for these properties. The largest number of <br />calls we have received regarding this proposal are not in objection, <br />however, but why. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of rezoning <br />the following proposed areas. We will have a map at the Council meeting <br />showing these areas: <br /> <br />a) Change the following from Urban Conservation to Industrial (I-l): <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That property in the vicinity of the intersection of Sunfish <br />Lake Boulevard and Industry Avenue, which property is specif- <br />ically legally described as follows: <br /> <br />a) The Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 26, <br /> Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />You will have to take the following action on this item (please refer <br />to enclosure (D2-b), subjects c and d above).: <br /> <br /> <br />
