The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your consideration: /, Motion by Councilmember ~j //? and seconded by Councilmember~!'~.~.!~"~· to adopt the findings of fact in regards to the rezoning of the following property from Urban Conservation to Industrial (I-l): That property in the vicinity of the intersection of Sunfish Lake Boulevard and Industry Avenue, which property is specifically legally described as follows: a) The Southe~ast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. Motion carried. Voting yes Voting no /~.?'~,.~ 2) Adoption of Ordinance to Rezone - The Council will have to adopt an ordinance if they approve of rezoning the above property from Urban Conservation to Industrial (I-l).
