The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your consideration: Motion by Coun~ilmember ~? {~? and seconded by CouncilmemberTi~ ~',~i~"t0 adopt the findings of fact on the proposed rezoning of the following described property from Rural Open Space to Residential (R-i): That property generally known as the General Mills Property, which property is specifically legally described as follows: a) The West 1/2 of the West 1/2 of Section 17, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. b) Section 18, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. c) That part of Section 19, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying northerly of the Burlington Northern Railroad right of way. d) The West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 20, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Min- nesota.
