' and seconded by <br />Councilmember <br />to rezone the '~ollowing described property from <br />Rural Open Space to Residential (R-l): <br /> <br />That property generally known as the General Mills <br />Property, which property is specifically legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> a) The West 1/2 of the West 1/2 of Section 17, <br /> Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> b) Section 18, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br /> County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> c) That part of Section 19, Township 32, Range 25, <br /> Anoka County, Minnesota lying northerly of the <br /> Burlington Northern Railroad right of way. <br /> <br /> d) The West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section <br /> 20, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Min- <br /> nesota. ~.~ <br /> <br /> Voting yes . .~ <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br />Voting no <br /> <br />c) Change the following from Industrial to Rural Industrial (RI-la): <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That property generally lying northwest of the intersection <br />of U. Highway #10 and #169 and Armstrong Boulevard, which <br />property is specifically legally described as follows: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />ThelNorth 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4, that part of the <br />Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 lying northerly of <br />U. S. Highway #10 and #169 and that part of the North- <br />east 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 lying northerly of U. S. <br />Highway #10 and #169, all in Section 29, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />You will need to take the same action on this item as taken above <br />(please refer to enclosure (D2-b), subjects c and d): <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Findings of Fact - You will have to adopt the findings of <br />fact which will be available at the Council meeting.
