The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your consideration in adopting said ordinance: Motion by Coun~lme~ber ~/% ~'~J, and seconded by Councilmember~_~.~_ to adopt Ordinance 082- to rezone the following described property from Industrial to Rural Industrial (RI-la): That property generally lying northwest of the inter- section of U. S. Highway #10 and #169 and Armstrong Boulevard, which property is specifically legally described as follows: a) The North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4, that part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 lying northerly of U. S. Highway #10 and 0169 and that part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 lying northerly of U. S. Highway #10 and #169, all in Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota.
