I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 82-4 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 170.01, WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING CHAPTER <br />OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 170.012 OF CHAPTER 170.01 OF THE <br />CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey does hereby ordain: <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />The following described property is hereby rezoned from UC Urban <br />Conservation to I-1 Industrial. <br /> <br /> The Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section <br /> 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. MAP <br /> <br /> The City's Engineer is hereby instructed to cause <br /> this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey <br /> Zoning Map", which map is adopted pursuant to Section <br /> 170.012 of Chapter 170.01 of the City Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
