I <br />I <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> I <br /> <br />,I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Date <br /> <br />Motion by <br /> <br />Resolution No. <br />Seconded by <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE RATES FOR STORM <br /> DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT CHARGES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Consulting Engineers Diversified has completed a Comprehensive <br />Storm'Drainage'Plan for the City of Ramsey, February 1980; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted the plan as per-Ordinance No. <br /> 'NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ramsey City Council: <br /> <br /> 1. The city wide storm drainage improvement charges shall be: <br /> <br /> . a. Single and two family lots, $0.03 per square foot of gross <br /> develoPmen% area for densities under 2½ acres. <br /> <br /> b. Multiple family, mobile home, commercial, industrial, and <br /> institutional development,' $0.049 per square'foot~of gross <br /> development'area for densities under 2½ acres. <br /> <br /> c. I'n all otheh areas the d~veloper shall provide drain.age <br /> facilities as determined by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />The rates in'this resolution were based On the January 1982.~ngineer- <br />ing News Record.construction cost'index of 3725.
