H. #10 (D3-b) Proposed State Aid Highway Five (5) Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget and proposed resolution regarding same (D3-c) List of applications for contractors licenses in the City of Ramsey CASE #1: CASE #2: SIGN PERMIT, REQUEST FOR; CASE OF SUPER BOWL, INC.: Super Bowl, Inc. relocated their sign on the Joe Sentryz property, which is in accordance with our Ordinance. Enclosure (D~a) contains BUilding Official Berg's memo dated January 19, 1982. Council Action: Your action will be to approve the sign permit to relocate the above sign. The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your consideration: ~ ~ _Motion by ~uncilmember ~/~ and seconded by Councilmember ~~to approve Sup~r~-oow~'s request to relocate their sign on "Mr. Joe Sentryz' property adjacent to T. H. #10. Motion carried. Voting yes ~ Voting no ADOPTION OF MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAY FIVE (5) YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT I I I I I PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET: Enclosure (D3-b) contains the proposed State Aid Highway Five (5) Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget which is submitted for your ap- proval. Council Action: -Your action will be to approve/disapprove/amend the above. Enclosure (D3-b) also contains a proposed resolution for your adoption, if you approve it.
