I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
-I
I
I
I
!
I
I
!
I

TO:

FROM:

RE:

DATE:

City Administrator

City Assessor

Monthly Staff Report

January 20, 1982

The bookwork is progressing very satisfactorily. I am starting the eleventh
book, so I'm 50% finished by book count. Arlene has started to do some up-
dating for me when she has time.

Mayor Gamec, Lloyd, and I discussed the commercial values for 1982. Mayor
Gamec and Lloyd were in agreement to leave the values the same in 1981. They
addressed me to go ahead in this manner and I will do so unless I hear dif-
ferently.

The annual Building Officials Institute was well attended. Every surrounding
municipality was represented by one person and in many cases as high as three
from one staff attended. It is interesting to talk to other inspectors and
find out how they handle different situations and methods of construction.
You also find out the new materials and new types of mechanical equipment on
the market today. The three days were very rewarding and well worth the $75
registration fee.

This concludes my report.

Submitted by,

Lester Wirz
City Assessor

/po
