Status. of Subdivisions: <br /> <br />A. Flintwood Hills 1st Addition:' Drainage dTtch left to complete which is <br /> scheduTed to be constructed with the 2nd Addition improvements. <br /> <br />B. Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition: <br /> <br />plat since our last'report. <br /> <br />There is no'change in the status of this <br /> <br />C. Barthel's Rum River Acres'2nd Addition: This plat is presently on <br /> hold. <br /> <br />Ds <br /> <br />Pondvale Estates~ On September 8, 1981, the council granted the <br />developer a variance to obtain a building permit prior to construction <br />of the streets. To date the developer has not requested any inspections. <br /> <br />Alpaca E~tates: Minor restoration wOrk and sign ins~tallation left to <br />complete. <br /> <br />Meadowbrook Estates:" On September 22, 1981, .the council granted an <br />extension on filing.the final plat until March 21, 1982. <br /> <br />Hy-IO Ramsey: Final plat approval was granted at the March 24, 1981 <br />council meeting. The developer did not file the plat within the 120 <br />days required by the ordinance. Therefore, the developer has stated <br />that he wil'l be'present at ~our January 26,..1982, meeting torequest <br />an extension for.filing the plat. <br /> <br />2. 1981 Street Projects: <br /> No cha~ge in status, since our last report. <br /> <br />3. Surface ~.~ter Management Plan: <br /> <br /> On Tuesday, January 19, 1982, Lloyd Schnelle and I attended a'breakfast <br /> meeting with Charles Weaver speaking on Water Management i'n the Metropolitan <br /> Area. <br /> <br />As summarized in your December 22,-1981 Council Agenda, the proposed surface <br />water management plan deals with non-point source pollution such'as snow- <br />melt and storm water runoff. <br /> <br /> <br />
