Chairperson Nixt asked if there was enough off-street parking at the residence. <br /> <br /> Ms. Pickhardt indicated they have a three-car garage with an extensive driveway that will fit <br /> seven to eleven cars. She stated she usually only has one car there at a time. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt stated there was one letter of complaint, and the issue seems to be with <br />development of the area and increased traffic. Charter School has <br />submitted an application for an Interim Use Permit to allow for temporary classrooms to be <br />placed on the school site located in the' Ramsey Town Center. He stated due to delays in <br />beginning construction, the school building will not be completely finished and ready for <br />occupancy when school starts on September 7, 2004. The P.A.C.T. Charter School is requesting <br />that the temporary classrooms be located on the western parking lot from August.until October <br />1,5, 2004.
