Sullivan, Economic Development / TIF Specialist <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Thc City has entered into a TIF agreement with Rotary Systems, Inc, a Minnesota Colporation. As <br />a part o£ thc transaction, the city is to convey title to LOT 2, BLOCK 1, SUNFISH LAKE <br />BUSINESS PARK SECOND ADDITION to Rotary Systems, Inc. On April 27, 2004, the City <br />Council introduced an ordinance to authorize the sale.
