Not knowing the exact location of your <br />corners, I was unable to determine if this is in fact true, However, <br />it does appear that the structure is quite close to at least the front <br />property line, <br /> <br />To settle this matter as far as the City is concerned as well as sat~ <br />isfy the neighborhood complaint,, it shall be necessary for you to do <br />one of the following: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Mark youtproperty corners so they are clearly visible so <br />we can determine the exact location of the accessory struc- <br />ture, <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Have the property surveyed and show the accessory structure <br />on the survey with the distances to the various property <br />lines. <br /> <br />Please advise me as to how you will procede with this matter on or <br />before December 18, 1981, You may see me at my office or call me at <br />427-.1410. <br /> <br />Your cooperation in this matter will be greatly appreciated. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />Building Official <br /> <br />CRB; po <br /> <br /> <br />
