F003-3(55) <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Schnelle: <br /> <br />Enclosed is a fully executed copy of the referenced agreement <br />between the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation, <br />and the City of Ramsey and Anoka County covering the cost, <br />operation and maintenance of traffic control signals with <br />street lights. <br /> <br /> A construction contract has been awarded to Conservation Systems, <br /> Inc., for the work provided for in the referenced agreement. <br /> ~omputed as set forth in paragraphs No. 3 & 5 of the agreement, <br />I the actual Federal-aid share is 76.74% and the City's share is <br /> 3.88% of $56,135 (bid price) plus $19,000 (force account) or <br /> $2,915.24 plus $174.91 (6% for E & I) for a total amount Of <br />I $3,090.15.
