The annual certification of mileage <br />has been revised to include this mileage.~and Mr. David T. Forsman has been sent <br />a copy of the plat with the Annual Road Status Report. <br /> <br />In review of the 1980 mileages, we found that the total net change in improved <br />MSAS mileage was an increase of 0.78 miles and the total addition to the local <br />roads and streets was 1.18 miles. If 0.78 miles was deleted from the local roads <br />and streets, the net increase for local roads and streets Should have been 0.4 <br />miles. The penciled-in figures for 1980 reflect a decrease of 0.4 miles from the <br />1979 mileage.
