However, totally for the year, permit valuation is <br />1.5 million dollars more than 1980. <br /> <br />Mr. Hexom has had the boxcar removed with only minimal involvement by <br />~ity Staff. <br /> <br />Mr. Randy Elofson ~equested a reimbursement of his permit fee, as the <br />EQB would not authorize construction on a 2.5 acre parcel as he requested. <br />Under a separate memo I have asked that this be approved. <br /> <br />We have received the signed contracts from Gem Construction for the lower <br />level at City Hall. However, they have not yet sent us the multitude of <br />additional forms that are required to conform with Federal regulations. <br />Construction cannot start until all the proper paperwork has been received. <br /> <br />At this time I have not done any further work on the easements.
