The following background information <br /> is hereby submitted on this case: <br /> <br /> 1) Co~cil should review D-3, case #4 of Co~cil <br /> agenda dated October 27, 1981 which contains <br /> ~ ~ ~ a lot of background information on this case. <br /> i~ 2~ Enclosure (D2-c) contains Mr. Stephen Schmidt's <br /> letter to Council which you received at the <br /> ~il meeting of October 27, 1981.
