I Motion by Councilmember .. and seconded by Councilmember to adop~ the findings of fact regarding the request for rezoning of the parcel of land owned by Mr. Stephen Schmidt described as: which he has requested be rezoned from R-1 to B-1. Motion carried. Voting yes Voting no 2) Rezoning of land - Council action at this point will depend on how you adopt the findings of fact. If the findings of fact approve the rezoning, you would then, of course, approve the rezoning of the land from R-1 to B-1. The Council then would adopt a mo- tion which would approve of the adoption of an ordi- nance to rezone the above 'parcel of land. The follow- ing proposed motion is hereby submitted for your con- sideration in acting on this case: Motion by Councilmember and seconded by Councilmember to adopt Ordinance #81- which rezones the parcel of land as described in the above ordinance which is owned by Mr. Stephen Schmidt from R-1 to B-1. Motion carried. Voting yes Voting no NOTE: The motion to adopt ordinance to rezone requires a 4/5 vote of the Council. b) Mr. Wes Bulen's request to rezone Plat 89211 Parcel 9000 from R-1 to B-1 for use as a golf course and a clubhouse.
