I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I 4) Council should review the contents of pages 6 and 7 of Council minutes dated November 25, 1981 which are contained as enclosure (A-l) of this Council agenda dated December 22, 1981. 5) Enclosure (D2-d) contains Mr. Gunnar Isberg's, Consultant Planner, report to the City Council on his requested zoning. 6) Enclosure (D2-f) contains proposed findings of fact which utilized previous findings of fact contained in enclosure (D3-d) of Council agenda dated October 27, 1981 and Mr. Isberg's report contained in enclosure (D2-d) of this agenda and other considerations which have been examined in this case. Council Action: Your action will be as follows in this case: 1) Adopt findings of fact - Council will first need to adopt the findings of fact. Accordingly, the follow- ing proposed motion is hereby submitted for consi- deration in regards to this case: j Motioh by Counci~ember /~'~' and seconded by Councilmember~~to adopt the findings of fact regarding-the ~equest for rezoning of Plat 89211 Parcel 9000 of land owned by Mr. Wes Bulen which from R-1 to B-1 for use as a golf course and clubhouse. Motion carried. Voting yes Voting no 2) Rezoning of land - If the findings of fact are positive, Council would adopt an ordinance to establish the pro- per zoning for Mr. Bulen's request. The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for consideration in regards to this case: Motion by Councilmember and seconded by Councilmember to approve of adopting Ordinance #81- which rezones the parcel of land as described in the ordinance from R-1 to ?
