Please refer to enclosure (D2-g) for~/~¢~;~ <br />resolution that Council will need to adopt if they want <br />to get these additional funds. Voting yes <br />Voting no <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Policy Decision on Ramsey's Proposed Comprehensive Plan - <br />Mayor Gamec will address this issue with members of the <br />Council at the meeting. <br /> <br />CASE #6: LANDFILL REPORTS FOR LANDFILL INSPECTION, SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER, AND NOV~4BER <br /> <br />1981 AND GROUND WATER MONITORING REPORT FOR OCTOBER 1981: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-h) contains landfill inspection reports for September, <br />October, and November 1981 and water monitoring report for October 1981. <br />Council should be aware that the County has cut back on the personnel <br />who work in Hutchison's department. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to note the above reports. <br /> <br />CASE #7: LEGAL: A) LEASE AGREEMENT ON }{AUDIO PROPERTY; AND B) LANDFILL STATUS <br /> <br />REGARDING ANOKA CONTRACT TRANSFER: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />Lease Agreement on Raudio Property - Enclosure (D2-i) <br />contains proposed lease agreement for COuncil review <br />and approval. (Will be available Tuesday night.) <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to authorize the <br />Mayor and City Administrator to sign farmland agreement <br />for the City of Ramsey.
