Motion carried. Voting yes Voting no Landfill Status regarding Anoka Contract Transfer..- The~ City Attorney will address this issue.at ths Council meeting. A) FINANCE REPORT FOR NOVEMBER 1981; B) TRANSFER OF CERTAIN FUNDS; AND C) DEFERRING PURCHASE OF CERTAIN 1981 BUDGETED ITEMS TO 1982 AND~STIMATED/PROJECTED CASH FLOW FOR 1981 - 1982: Enclosure (D2-j) contains the following items which Council will need to note or act on at this time: a) November 1981 Revenue and Expenditure Report - Page 1 of this report g~ves you a cash balance comparison as of year to date. Page 2 gives you a revenue budgetary recap report for General Fund. Page 3 gives an expendi- ture budgetary report of the General Fund activities. Page 4 gives a revenue budgetary report for Dark Fund. Page 5 gives an expanditure budgetary report of the Park Fund. Please refer to enclosure (D2-j) for the above report. Council Action: Your action should be to note that you have reviewed the above Revenue and Expenditure Report. b) Transfer of Certain Funds - The following action will need to be initiated by Council resolution: 1) Transfer $12,432 from General Fund 101 to 1979 GOB (General Obligation Bond 950M) 552. Please refer to enclosure (D2-j) for the resolution which Council will have to adopt. 2) Transfer $28,970 from General Fund 101 to Equipment Revolving Fund 810 which is for annual depreciation of equipment. Please refer to enclosure (D2-j) for the resolution which Council will have to adopt. 3) Transfer $30,195 from Equipment Revolving Fund to General Fund which is for truck and plow purchases in 1981. Please refer to enclosure (D2-j) for resolution which Council will have to adopt.
