Please refer to enclosure (D2-j) for resolution that you will have to adopt. Voting yes Voting no Deferring Purchase of and Transferring Certain 1981 Budget Items to 1982 - Please refer to enclosure (D2-j) for a list of items requested deferred until 1982 which is due to several reasons. Council Action: The Council will have to adopt reso- lution approving the above request. Please refer to enclosure (D2-j) for resolution. Voting yes Voting no Estimated Cash Projection for December 1981 through 1982 - I asked Accountant Moen to prepare an estimated cash flow for the above stated period of time which is contained in enclosure (D2-j) for your information. As you are aware, cash flow are only projected estimates. However, our major concern was to find out how the probable hold- back in homestead credit .and state aid payments would affect us as they are being predicted by the State of Minnesota. We appear to be in excellent shape when look- ing at just that financial aspect of City revenue versus expenditure. Council Action: Your action will be to note that you have received the cash flow report which reflected on possible holdback of homestead credit and state aid payment by the State to the City of Ramsey.
