I
I CASE #9:

GENERAL MILLS PROPOSED LAND USE RESOLUTION RESCINDING OF CITY

RESOLUTION #81-189:

Metro Council has suggested that Ramsey rescind our Resolution
#81-18% which we adopted November 25, 1981 which is contained as
enclosure (D2-k) of this agenda. They state we should only correct
map that General Mills objected to but not get involved in promising
any consideration on proposed zoning of their land, as it is long-
ranged.

Comments: I can see why we probably should rescind our resolution
and only correct our map in our Comprehensive Plan which shows
some of their land as park land.

Council Action: Your action will be to note in the minutes that
you have been informed of the above or rescind your Resolution ~81-189
and send a letter to General Mills regarding this issue.

I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I

CASE ~10: PERSONNEL COMMITTEEIS REPORT REGARDING MISS PENNY OTT'S EXPIRATION OF

PROBATIONARY PERIOD:

The Council Personnel Committee will be meeting Monday, December 21st
at 5:00 p.m. in regards to their recommendation to the Council on
Miss Ott's probationary period expiration.
