Have called <br />H&S but did not get any reply. If we were all assessed the <br />same, we all want a 4' approach. We raked in our own curbs. <br />Mr. Johnson had to reinstall his mailbox. There are blacktop <br />chunks and string lying all over. H&S should have cleaned up. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that clean up for this project was scheduled <br />for next spring. Clean up would have been completed if the <br />weather had permitted.. In regards to the driveway matter, <br />this year our policy is basically a 1' approach. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Van <br />Wagner to have City Engineer review the driveways in this area <br />and the depth of the asphalt pad, report back to Council. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: Councilmember Reimann. <br /> <br />Case #5 Adoption of Resolution on Proposed Land Use Zoning of <br /> <br />General Mills Property in City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember <br />Cox to approve of Resolution #81-189, granting proposed zoning <br />to their property in the City of Ramsey.
