A walk-through tour of the building <br /> <br />2. Interviews with personnel familiar with operation and use of the <br /> building <br /> <br />3. Review of past energy consumption. <br /> <br />The audit will review: <br /> <br />1. Building schedule and use <br /> <br />2. Equipment efficiency <br /> <br />3. · Equipment control <br /> <br />4. Ventilation <br /> <br />5. Lighting <br /> <br />6.. Electrical demand (if applicable) <br /> <br />7. Areas of special interest in conservation. <br /> <br />REPORT <br /> <br />A written report will be submitted which will detail recommendations <br />applicable to the City Hall for reducing utility costs. Each recommendation <br />will be described and the first-year savings along with payback will be <br />listed. This will allow the city to select items to implement immediately and <br />budget for others next year. <br /> <br /> <br />
