This program may be used on all the City's energy consuming <br />activities. <br /> <br />An analysis of a solar heated domestic hot water heating system will be <br />included if desired at an additional cost. <br /> <br />QUALIFICATIONS <br /> <br />The audit will be performed and the report written by Mike Osmundson, <br />President of Energy Services. <br /> <br />Qualifications include: <br /> <br /> 1. Professional Engineer registered in Minnesota <br /> <br /> 2. Bache]or of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota <br /> <br />3. Performed conservation energy audits on a wide range of buildings. <br /> Specializing in smaller buildings and companies <br /> <br />3. Certified energy auditor under the Minnesota Home Energy Disclosure <br /> Program. <br /> <br />Energy Services does not sell or install energy related equipment so the <br />audit will not be biased toward any particular conservation measure. <br /> <br />COST AND TERMS <br /> <br />This audit will cost $1175 without the solar analysis and $1435 with the <br />analysis. The audit will be started within ? working days of the acceptance <br />of this proposal and the report will be delivered within 30 working days. <br />The entire fee will be payable 30 days after receipt of the report. <br /> <br /> <br />
