I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into the day of <br />1981, by and between the City of Ramsey, located in Anoka County, State <br />of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the "City", and Karol Andreason <br />baying its principal place of business at 5510 - 164th Lane N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant". <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant has applied to the City for a condi- <br />tional use permit to maintain and operate a concession wagon to prepare <br />pizza's for delivery; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant is required as a condition of approval <br />of the conditional use permit enter into a contract binding it to perform <br />certain acts and duties; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant has agreed to enter into a contract and <br />perform said acts and duties; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has agreed to and does grant its <br />approval to the Applicant for the conditional use permit contingent upon <br />and conditioned upon the ApPlicant's agreement to perform said acts and. <br />duties as are hereinafter set forth. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORe, IT IS HEREBY COVENANTED AND AGREED, that the City Council <br />has granted its approval to Karol Andreason'for a conditional use permit <br />conditioned upon and contingent upon the performance by the Applicant of <br />the following: <br /> <br /> 1) That the use shall not exceed a period of six (6) months <br />from the date of this agreement. <br /> <br /> 2) That the Applicant agrees there shall be no pick-up ser- <br />vice at the premises. <br /> <br /> 3) That the Applicant understands and agrees that the con- <br />cession wagon used to prepare pizza's be approved by the Anoka County <br />Comprehensive Health Department. <br /> <br /> 4) That the Applicant understands and agrees that no pizza <br />sold shall be consumed at the premises. <br /> <br /> 5) That the Applicant understands and agrees that only one <br />(1) delivery vehicle shall be used. <br /> <br /> 6) That the applicant understands and agrees that deliveries <br />shall not depart her residence after 1~:OO P.M. week nights or/~:OO A.M. <br />Fridays and Saturdays. ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
