Instead, I await decisions by assorted M.D.'s, Neurologists, <br />and Orthopedic Sur§eons regarding my back on which I have lain these <br />many weeks. <br /> <br />1 am the purchaser of the parcels involved in the re-zoning request <br />and have enlisted Mr. Robert Muller's assistance in making these presen- <br />tations. It is anticipated that Mr. Muller will join with me in said development. <br /> <br />Below are my opinions regarding the application. <br /> <br />PEI~SONAL COMMITMENT <br /> <br />My home has been in Ramsey for six (6) years. I pay real property taxes, <br />vote at every opportunity, and send my child to Ramsey Elementary School. <br />My family participates in many civic and social organizations which directly <br />involve Ramsey. We are t~amsey residents. <br /> <br />BUSINESS COMMITMENT <br /> <br />In my position as Chairman of State Bank of Anoka, and President of the firm <br />which owns the bank, my business has made the 9nly building commitment to <br />Ramsey by an~ financial institution. We own, for instance, a prime site in <br />Champlin at the Champlin Plaza, but we are committed to Ramsey. <br /> <br />-continued- <br /> <br /> <br />
