The Co,,r~ission also unani~aously recommends that the Council does <br />not issue set-up licenses for the following reasons; <br /> <br /> a. In talking to residents and surveying residents of <br /> the community, the reaction is that set-up businesses <br /> are not. what they would like to see. The poll shows <br /> that 71% of the residents polled are against set-up <br /> licenses. <br /> <br /> b. We also feel that set-up licenses would be in direct <br /> competition establishments, which, our <br /> with <br /> On-Sale <br /> in <br /> opinion, the City needs more of. Being a third class <br /> City~ Ramsey may issue 12 On-Sale licenses. In talking <br /> to residents of our con~nunity~ we have found that they <br /> are in favor of more restaurants with On-Sale licenses. <br /> <br /> c.
