R. A. PELTZER: Background Information: The following background information is hereby submitted on Mr. Peltzer's request for preliminary and final plat approval as enclosure (D3-a): a) Notice of public hearing b) Persons notified c) Public hearing minutes dated November 3, 1981 d) City Engineer's letter dated October 26, 1981 regarding proposed plat e) Planning and Zoning Commission minutes dated November 3, 1981 granting preliminary and final plat approval Comments: We do not have a title opinion from the City Attorney as to whether this is a marketable parcel of land. I imagine we should have this as the ordinance requires it. Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of granting preliminary and final plat approval.
