Peltzer Addition, providing the following is accomplished: 1) Marketable title opinion is obtained from the City Attorney on the R. A. Voting yes Voting yes SITE AND DESIGN PLAN FOR SIDE DOOR RESTAURANT AND LOUNGE AND ISSUANCE I I I I I I ! I I I I I I OF ON-SALE LIQUOR LICENSE: The following background information is hereby submitted on the re- quest for approval of site and design plan and the issuance of on- sale liquor license for the Side Door Restaurant and Lounge as en- closure (D3-b): a) Council public hearing minutes dated October 27, 1981 re- garding the issuance of on-sale liquor license to Mr. Douglas Jensen. b) Council minutes dated October 27, 1981. c) Completed application for on-sale liquor license. d) Building Official's memo dated November 18, 1981 to City Administrator regarding site and design plan, e) Proposed development agreement. Comment: The $500 escrow fee we feel should be waived, as we did receive $400 on-sale liquor license investigation fee which we feel should cover total costs in this case. Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the above request. The following proposed motions are hereby submitted for your consideration: ~~~ Motion ~ ~ouncilmember and seconded by Council- member~~___ to approve/disapprove the site and design plan fo~ the Side Door Restaurant and Lounge which is marked as Exhibit "A" of the agreement between the City of Ramsey and (If Council disapproves, they should state reason for their action.)
