5) That the Performance Standards are as follows: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />The fire protection is provided by the City of Anoka. Even though <br />the potential of fire in related required equipment exists, proper <br />operation and maintenance will reduce this potential considerably. <br /> <br />b) Electrical disturbances are not applicable. <br /> <br />c) Noise pollution will not be applicable. <br /> <br />1I <br />1I <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br /> d) Vibrations will not be applicable. <br /> e) Odors will not be applicable. <br /> 6) That the Applicant has agreed there shall be no pickup at the pr&mises. <br /> <br /> 7) That the Applicant agrees and understands that the use shall be approved <br /> by the County Comprehensive Health Department. <br /> <br /> 8) That the Applicant understands and agrees that no pizza shall be served <br /> on the premises. <br /> <br /> 9) The the Applicant has a peddlers license to operate the concession stand <br /> for the sale of ice cream,~ pop, hot dogs, etc. <br /> <br />10) That no complaints have been received in regards to her current operation. <br /> <br />11) That the Applicant has brought her request to the City Council and they <br /> directed the preparations of findings of fact in accordance with Sections <br /> 170.016D, 170.016E, 170.016F of the Ramsey City Ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />
