The MPCA Board certified Sites D, E, P and Q as <br /> intrinsically suitable for sanitary landfill use. <br /> <br /> The MPCA Board did not take final action of Site R but <br /> remanded Site R to the Hearing Examiner for the purpose of <br /> reopening the record and receiving additional information and <br /> comment.
