At that time the MPCA, pursuant to the <br />recommendation of the Director, remanded proposed Site R back to <br />the Hearing Examiner for the purpose of reopening the record and <br />receiving additional information and comment relating to Site R. <br /> <br /> YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that any person who wishes to submit <br />additional information and comment relating to the intrinsic <br />suitability of Site R for use as a sanitary or demolition debris <br />landfill shall have until December 4, 1981, to do so. All infor- <br />mation and comment must be in writing and must be received no <br />later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, December 4, 1981, by the following <br />persons: <br /> <br />Thomas H. This information is <br />available for inspection and copying at the MPCA offices, 1935 <br />West County Road B-2, Roseville, MN 55113. <br /> <br /> The Director intends to submit this information into the <br />record. Based on this information, the Director's preliminary <br />reconunendation is that Site R not be certified as intrinsically <br />suitable for use as a sanitary landfill. However, the Director <br />intends to recommend that Site R be certified as intrinsically <br /> <br /> <br />
