However, PLEASE BE ADVISED that the Director's <br />recommendation is subject to revision based on new information <br />received during the public comment period. <br /> <br /> After the close of the public comment period on December 4, <br />1981, the MPCA staff will have five working days to respond to new <br />information and comments received during the public comment <br />period.
