I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Motion by Cooncilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Cox to <br />enter into a development contract with Altron, Inc., with the following <br />items included in the agreement: <br /> <br />1) lssuing a variance from the subdivision ordinance <br />2) Sprinkling system is same as in past procedure <br />3) Municipality clear of driveway matter <br />4) Platting <br />5) Developer will provide landscape plan to Building Inspector <br /> and provide a landscape bond for $15,000 <br />6) $500 escrow is required <br />7) Any future building permits that are issued will require <br /> following the platting procedure. <br /> <br />Further that said agreement be signed by the Mayor of Ramsey and City <br />Administrator/Clerk and Altron, Inc. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, <br />Re,mann and Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />BILLS FOR APPROVAL <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Cox to approve <br />payment of the bills in the amount of $465,845.52. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, <br />Reimann and Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />adjourn the regular Council meeting, and continuing the agenda of business <br />on Wednesday, October 28, 1981, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, <br />Reimann and Cox.
