Correction of City Ordinance #81-4 (Scenic River Ordinance): <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner a~d seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg <br />to adopt City Ordinance #81-7 which will correct the following paragraphs <br />to City Ordinance #81-4: <br /> <br />1. Section 170.076.21 - Change lot size 2¼ acres to 2½ acres. <br /> <br />Page 8 Three astericks (~) incorrectly reference Section <br />170.0710.1. It should instead reference Section 170.076.13 of <br />the above Ordinance. <br /> <br />3. Section 170.0711.71(2) should cross-reference Section 170.076. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Cou~cilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />5) Co~nunity School Budget for Fiscal Year 1982: <br /> <br />Marc Hadley presented Council with copies of 1981 Summer Enrollment Report <br />and Coxt Analysis. Marc Hadley feels in order to keep costs down, enroll- <br />ment fees should be raised rather than cut any of the programs. <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann - There should be some changes made in the Summer Program <br />to make it more efficient. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox, seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg, to have <br />Councilmember Reimann and Marc Hadley work together to modify the Community <br />Summer Program to make it more efficient. Further discussion: Mayor Gamec - <br />costs are continually going up and you are going to have to look at <br />charging enrollment fees. <br /> <br />Motion carried° Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cox, Sorteberg, <br />Van Wagner and Reimann. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Va~Wagner, seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg, to <br />recess at 9:02 P.M. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the meeting back to order at 9:23 P.M. <br /> <br />6) Acceptance of Lot 6, Block 2, Gorham Sandy Acres, From Mr. Gary Gorham: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox, seconded by Co~ncilmember Reimann, to have <br />City Engineer inspect the value of property in regards to drainage. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Van Wagner.
