The Planning and Zoning <br />Commission recontmended the rezoning of Mr. Bulen's property <br />to B-1. Please refer to enclosure (D3-d), particularly the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission meeting minutes of October 6, <br />1981. The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for <br />your consideration in acting on this case. It should be noted <br />that it takes a 4/5 vote to approve a motion to adopt ordinance <br />rezoning: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember and seconded by <br />Councilmember to approve/disapprove the <br />rezoning request of Mr. Wes Bulen's property, Plat 89211, <br />Parcel 9000, from R-1 to B-1 for a golf course and club- <br />house. (If you disapprove, you will need to substitute <br />appropriate language for it.) Further, to adopt ordinance <br />authorizing the rezoning of it. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
