S. <br />H~ghway #10. <br /> <br />That said property is not a parcel of record according to the City of <br />Rams ey ordinances. <br /> <br />tM]at said request has been previously presented to the City Council and <br />they directed that the property be platted according to City ordinance. <br /> <br />Original parcel has already been subdivided by metes and bounds. <br /> <br />** As recommended by Planning and Zoning Commission October 6, 1981 <br /> <br /> <br />
